1. General Disclaimer: The Platform and Services are provided by ISolvX LLP (“Company”) on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 2. Educational Purpose Only: The Platform is intended as a supplementary educational tool for children, parents, and teachers. The Company expressly disclaims any representation that use of the Platform alone will guarantee:

5. Technology and Security Limitations: While the Company adopts reasonable security practices under the Information Technology Act, 2000, it does not guarantee that:
(a) The Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or unauthorized access;
(b) Data transmissions will always be secure;
(c) Service interruptions or technical failures will not occur.
The User acknowledges these risks and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for breaches beyond its reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
(a) Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
(b) Loss of data, profits, or educational opportunities;
(c) Errors or omissions in content or functionality.
The Company’s maximum aggregate liability, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

7. User Responsibility: Parents/Guardians represent and warrant that they shall:
(a) Supervise their child’s use of the Platform;
(b) Ensure compliance with applicable laws and these policies;
(c) Provide accurate and lawful information to the Company.
The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims or liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
