Srinivas is the visionary behind Study100 on100, combining strong technical expertise, corporate experience, and entrepreneurial acumen. With a background that includes B.E., M.Tech, and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has worked with global leaders like Bosch, Wipro, Cognizant, HPE, and HP Inc.

He earlier founded XBE, a successful startup with two products, and has consulted for top tech giants including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and Twitter. His core strengths lie in product vision, global benchmarking, strategy, and growth planning.

At Study100 on100, Srinivas drives product design, scalability, and expansion strategies, while keeping student success at the heart of all initiatives.

Kalpana is the academic pillar of Study100 on100, bringing over 40 years of teaching and leadership experience. With Master’s degrees in Political Science and Mass Communication & Journalism, she has served as the founding principal of Vidyashilp Academy and PNC Cognito, and consulted for schools across India.

Recipient of prestigious awards like Swarna Karnataka Shikshana Rathna, Best Principal Award, and Distinguished Educator-India (Dubai), her strengths include curriculum design, content quality, student-focused pedagogy, and teacher training. At Study100 on100, she ensures the delivery of globally relevant and impactful content for holistic student growth.

A thought leader who writes on technology and innovation, her strengths lie in product lifecycle management, scalability, and tech-business alignment.

Sowmya is the people and financial strategist at Study100 on100, with a B.E. in Industrial Engineering & Management and over 15 years of corporate plus 6 years of entrepreneurial experience. She has held leadership roles at Shahi and MAS Linea Fashions India Pvt Ltd, specializing in leadership recruitment, talent development, and mentoring future leaders.

Her strengths include HR strategy, financial management, organizational development, and learning & development. At Study100 on100, she drives global talent acquisition, HR policies, and financial strategies, fostering sustainable growth and a strong organizational culture.
